Job summary

Aramark Correctional Services is seeking a Catering Services Director to plan and lead catering operations across multiple units, including event-based menus, pricing, and staffing. You will manage a catering team, drive budgets and financial goals, and develop comprehensive marketing plans for catering initiatives.

The role requires at least 4 years of experience in catering leadership, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills to build client rapport and oversee

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total catering operations across units, including events and menus.
• Oversee preparation, service, and cleanup for multiple catering operations.
• Develop catering solutions to meet client needs and maintain rapport with clients.
• Create and manage annual marketing plans for catering, including budgets.
• Set service and presentation standards and ensure compliance and consistency.
• Lead new services to support growth and client retention.
• Advise clients and staff on current catering trends and products.
• Manage contract negotiations and assist in planning special events.
• Train catering staff to ensure standards are met.
• Set and deliver sales, food, and labor targets.
• Oversee execution of events of varied size and staffing needs.
• Account for catering revenue, expenses, and receivables reporting.
• Ensure compliance with food, safety, and environmental policies.
