Job summary

OpenFX is hiring a Head of Business Operations in Miami to build and lead the operations team, driving critical initiatives across currencies and partner onboarding. You will collaborate with Finance, Trade Operations, Compliance, People, GTM, Product, Engineering, Partnerships and Legal to turn leadership priorities into actionable plans and measurable results.

You will oversee process improvements, weekly reviews and KPI reporting, ensuring speed, reliability and scalability as the business

Qualifications

• 15+ years of operating experience, including leading Business Operations/Strategy
• Proven track record delivering multi-team initiatives with measurable results
• Strong people leadership and team-building能力
• Excellent analytical and financial fluency for decision making
• Clear written communication and executive judgment

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Business Operations function with clear roles and scorecards
• Drive high-priority cross-functional projects from plan to delivery
• Improve processes, tracking, and automation for speed and reliability
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, GTM, Product, Engineering and Partnerships
• Raise risks and decisions to senior leaders and ensure timely resolution
