Kaizen, a Real Estate and property company located in UAE, Dubai, seeks a Marketing Leader to drive strategic marketing, branding, and growth initiatives. You will align campaigns with sales, manage budgets, and position Kaizen as a market leader in property management.

The role requires 5+ years of marketing experience, fluency in Arabic and English, and deep knowledge of the UAE market. You will lead branding, strategy, and inbound marketing to boost revenues and loyalty.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience.
• Proven UAE market knowledge and Dubai experience.
• Branding, strategy, and positioning experience.
• Proven success increasing brand awareness with new strategies.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (video and audio).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
• Proven experience marketing within Dubai and a solid understanding of the UAE market
• Experience in branding, strategy, and positioning within a corporate or startup environment
• Demonstrated success in increasing brand awareness through new strategies
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (must be well-spoken on video and audio)
