Qualifications

• Knowledge of CMS-HCC Risk Adjustment methodologies and reporting requirements.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage and value-based care arrangements.
• Experience with analytics tools to identify opportunities and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and subject matter expertise for organizational Burden of Illness initiatives.
• Monitor BOI indicators and identify patterns requiring intervention.
• Develop provider education strategies based on documentation opportunities.
• Establish BOI priorities for physician practices based on performance data.
• Develop scalable workflows integrating BOI activities into routine practice operations.
• Coordinate with RBE Partnership leadership and other stakeholders.
