You will partner with finance, quality, and floor teams to optimize capacity, staffing, and capital investments while ensuring strict regulatory compliance and product quality on the production floor.

• 5+ years in a senior production/packaging leadership role.
• 15+ years of experience in food and/or beverage production.
• Experience with METRC cannabis operations preferred.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and cost-reduction skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and report on production and staffing.
• Develop and lead production capacity and improvement plans.
• Manage annual production and staffing plan.
• Set product cost targets and drive profitability.
• Collaborate with Finance & BI for reporting and KPIs.
• Implement workstation time-card tracking and costing.
• Define goals and accountability for production teams.
• Manage production schedule and mitigate inventory outs.
• Lead production and formulation teams to ensure quality.
• Implement lean principles across production.
• Drive operations excellence and capex changes.
• Oversee ERP systems implementation for Portland production.
• Develop proactive quality measures with QA/Sanitation.
• Build capacity planning tools aligned to forecast.
