Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in financial services or regulated industries.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies.
• Extensive experience leading Benefits Administration, HR Operations, HRIS management, compliance, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's benefits strategy and Open Enrollment.
• Oversee administration of medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators; lead vendor reviews and negotiations.
