Job summary

The Clearing House is seeking a Director of Benefits and Wellness to lead the design and administration of employee benefits and wellness initiatives. This role partners with HR leadership to ensure compliant programs, data-driven improvements, and impactful employee experiences.

Responsibilities include strategy development, annual planning, vendor oversight, and HRIS analytics, with collaboration across Legal, Finance, Payroll and business leaders to optimize costs and engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with benefits focus.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership on strategy.
• Strong benefits administration, compliance, analytics, and HRIS.
• Deep knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the benefits strategy aligned to business goals.
• Oversee benefits program administration and compliance.
• Lead vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
• Manage HRIS/Workday benefits modules and reporting.
• Analyze benefit enrollment trends and present to executives.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, Finance and leadership on initiatives.
