Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health, public health, health education, organizational leadership, or related field.
• 10+ years leadership experience overseeing complex programs and portfolios.
• Experience managing federal and state grants, contracts, and cooperative agreements.
• Strong relationships with funders, clients, community partners, and governmental entities.
• California residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across ETR's Behavioral Health portfolio and partnerships.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, monitoring, and evaluation of programs and initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and staff for accountability and growth.
• Manage budgets, resources, and grant funding to drive portfolio performance.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, funding, and regulatory requirements.
