Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years leading and growing electrical engineering teams.
• Proven track record building and scaling high‑performing technical teams.
• Experience cross‑functionally with design, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and fleet support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary organization of engineers and technicians.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and drive execution with technical excellence.
• Contribute to design development and root-cause analysis through hands‑on leadership.
• Own cross‑functional failure investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Improve system reliability across the V‑BAT avionics platform.
• Establish standards, reviews, and metrics to make quality repeatable and scalable.
