Job summary

Shine Associates, LLC invites a Senior executive to lead Asset and Portfolio Analytics for its portfolio of light industrial real estate. Based in Dallas or Oakland, the role drives fund operations, performance reviews, and investor reporting.

The VP collaborates with Asset, Acquisitions, Strategy, and Compliance teams to optimize value across the fund series and separate accounts. With a track record of 10–15 years in real estate investment and portfolio analytics, you will shape investment

Qualifications

• Ten to fifteen years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the fund's portfolio of industrial properties and ensure overall performance.
• Monitor value-add strategies and opportunities within the funds.
• Collaborate with Acquisitions on potential investments for funds and accounts.
• Evaluate portfolio performance against pro forma and industry benchmarks (e.g., NCREIF).
• Coordinate preparation of reporting materials including pitchbooks, the Quarterly Letter, and Annual Meeting presentations.
• Develop annual business plans and property-level operating budgets; oversee capital plans and strategic initiatives.
