Overview:

They are backed by top-tier investors and led by fintech veterans. As they scale, there seeking a Head of Artificial Intelligence to lead the charge on all things AI setting the technical vision, building the team, and delivering breakthrough innovation in financial data analysis.

The Role:

As the Head of Artificial Intelligence, you will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of AI systems that power our generative models, market insights, and trading decision tools. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and trading strategy teams to develop solutions that make complex market analysis more accessible and actionable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the AI strategy for generative market analysis tools.
• Build and lead a high-performance AI/ML team (researchers, data scientists, ML engineers).
• Oversee the development of LLM- and transformer-based models tailored to financial data and real-time market signals.
• Collaborate with traders and financial analysts to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for intelligent automation.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance in AI systems handling market-sensitive data.
• Stay on the cutting edge of advancements in generative AI (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning, agentic systems) and assess their applicability.
• Partner with CTO and Product leaders to bring AI-driven features to market quickly and iteratively.

Experienced Required:

• Experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience building and deploying generative AI models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.).
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading systems, or economic data sets.
• Deep experience in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and modern ML ops stacks.
• Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders (e.g., traders, executives).
