Job summary

Prosperity Life Group seeks a Vice President, Head of Annuity Solutions to lead strategy, design, performance, and lifecycle management of the annuity portfolio. You will supervise AVP Product Owners and partner with the Head of Solutions Delivery to bring new products to market with high efficiency and impact.

The role combines deep annuity expertise with strategic vision, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to influence enterprise decisions across the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in annuity product development, management, or strategy
• Experience owning products from concept through launch and sunset
• Deep knowledge of annuity design, riders, pricing and regulatory needs
• Experience creating roadmaps and business cases aligned to enterprise goals
• Proven ability to present recommendations to executives and governance
• Experience leading senior product professionals and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of multi-channel insurance distribution and Market segments

Responsibilities

• Own the annuity product portfolio lifecycle from concept to sunset
• Translate enterprise strategy into product-line roadmaps and governance-ready priorities
• Identify market opportunities via competitive intelligence, distributor feedback, and customer insights
• Develop compelling business cases and product concepts aligned with customer and enterprise objectives
• Provide direction on pricing, rider provisions, and product specifications
• Lead product ownership coaching and capability building across the team
• Collaborate with Solutions Delivery to align priorities, resources, and timelines
• Partner with senior leaders across Distribution, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Risk
