Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10 years of data analytics experience driving growth, operations and innovation.
• 8 years building high-performing teams and 8 years banking experience.
• 8 years of experience with Python, R, SAS, SQL and data visualization tools.
• 8 years of marketing analytics focusing on data-driven deposit growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of data analysts, data scientists, and data consultants through hiring, coaching, development, and performance management.
• Drive analytics strategies that turn data into actionable insights and measurable business results.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Pricing, Sales, Finance, and Digital teams to identify opportunities for growth, customer engagement, and operational improvement.
• Develop predictive models and machine learning strategies supporting marketing, product, pricing, distribution, and other key business areas.
• Define KPIs, measurement strategies, and reporting frameworks to evaluate strategic initiatives, marketing programs, and product launches.
• Advance marketing analytics and optimization capabilities to improve customer acquisition, deepening, retention, and return on marketing investment.
• Present complex analytical findings and recommendations to senior executives and C‑suite leaders in a clear and compelling way.
• Build scalable analytics, visualization, and data environments in partnership with data management and architecture teams.
