Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10 years of data analytics experience which includes leveraging data to drive business growth, optimizing operations and fostering innovation.
• 8 years of building high performing teams, to include hiring, developing, and coaching various levels of colleagues
• 8 years of banking experience
• 8 years of experience with advanced analytical tools (Python, R, SAS, SQL) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• 8 years of statistical models and machine learning techniques experience, particularly focused on marketing performance
• 8 years of marketing analytics experience with a focus on data analytics improving deposit balance growth

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing analytics team through hiring, coaching, development, and performance management.
• Drive analytics strategies that turn data into actionable insights and measurable business results.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Pricing, Sales, Finance, and Digital teams to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop predictive models and machine learning strategies for marketing, product, pricing, and distribution.
• Define KPIs, measurement strategies, and reporting to evaluate initiatives and launches.
• Advance marketing analytics to improve customer acquisition, retention, and ROI.
• Present complex findings to senior executives in a clear, compelling way.
• Build scalable analytics and data environments with data management and architecture teams.
