Google is hiring a senior analytics leader to lead the Analytics and Reporting team within the Data Cloud organization. In this onsite role in Kirkland, WA, you will define product success measurement, analyze key metrics, and support Data Cloud strategy and operations through high-quality execution.

Role Summary

You will apply analytical capabilities to strategically important business areas and create linkages across Data Cloud and broader Cloud. As a senior leader on Data Cloud Strategy and Operations, you will help craft portfolio strategy and ensure that metric-driven execution supports product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, own, and continuously evolve product success metrics.
• Report, analyze, and forecast trends in key product metrics, then make recommendations to improve them.
• Provide thought leadership to define, analyze, and validate metrics and hypotheses that inform decision-making and measure product team success.
• Work with large and complex data sets and develop solutions that can be executed to support incremental business growth.
• Solve non-routine, interdisciplinary analysis problems using advanced analytical methods as needed.
• Lead end-to-end analysis work to support strategic and operational needs.
• Develop experimentation and measurement frameworks to increase investment velocity and support complex decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• 12 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, including performing statistical analysis and coding.
• 3 years of experience managing or leading teams.
• Experience with the technical aspects of analytics, data science, and statistical methodologies, including data management and analytical and data visualization software tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools.
• Experience working in an enterprise setting, including demonstrated expertise and understanding of data tied to market segments and competitive dynamics or customer adoption behavior.
• Experience informing product decisions through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Effective leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate a team.
• Strong communication skills across technical and business audiences.

• Compensation: USD 222,000 - 308,000 per year
• Minimum experience: 15 years
