Job summary

You will drive strategic vision, foster collaboration, and stay abreast of emerging technologies while contributing to publications and external networks within a global vaccine development context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in life sciences or related discipline (e.g., analytical chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, molecular biology, biophysics, immunology) as stated.
• Experience in scientific research, laboratory operations, or related environment with analytical method development and testing.
• Experience in people management and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analytical scientists.
• Oversee GMP-compliant lab operations and resources planning.
• Provide expert guidance on analytical method development, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Drive innovation in analytical testing approaches and cross-functional collaboration.
