Job summary

Vasion is seeking a strategic Head of Search & AI Visibility to own organic search, CRO, AI visibility, and digital analytics across Marketing. Remote or hybrid for candidates within commuting distance of St. George or Lehi, UT, reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing.

You will lead CRO/SEO agency partnerships, build AI visibility across ChatGPT and engines, and collaborate with Sales, PR, Product, and Web teams to improve traffic quality and revenue attribution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SEO, CRO, digital analytics, or growth marketing with senior ownership of organic and conversion strategy
• Hands-on expertise in technical SEO (schema, structured data, crawlability, site speed) and keyword strategy
• Proven CRO program ownership end-to-end with A/B and multivariate testing (VWO/Optimizely)
• Demonstrated experience building AEO/GEO strategies for AI visibility across assistants and engines
• Strong GA4 and analytics platform expertise, with BI/data warehouse integration (e.g., Snowflake)
• Experience with behavioral analytics tools (LogRocket, Hotjar) to diagnose friction and prioritize tests
• Experience managing outside agencies and holding them accountable to scope and results
• Excellent cross-functional communication across marketing, product, sales, and PR

Responsibilities

• Own Organic Search & AI Visibility Strategy across technical, content, and international SEO (AMER, APAC, EMEA)
• Own AEO/GEO strategy for AI assistants and engines
• Monitor brand and AI visibility, sentiment, and share of voice across search and AI platforms
• Manage agency relationships, scope, deliverables, and performance accountability
• Own CRO program end-to-end: hypotheses, A/B/multivariate tests, funnel analysis
• Build and refine funnel maps for website and lead pages; translate tests into improvements
• Collaborate with web team on landing page design and personalization efforts
• Own analytics strategy across Marketing, including tagging, reporting, and EDW integration
• Ensure cross-channel attribution and revenue attribution across organic, CRO, and analytics programs
• Educate partners on organic strategy; align with Product, PR, Sales; guide marketing initiatives
