Job summary

Ludia Consulting is seeking a Director of AI to shape how AI is applied across the firm and for customers. You will own strategy, policy, governance, and the AI budget, while leading a hands-on engineering team building agents on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Dataverse.

You will partner with Operations, Delivery, Sales, Marketing, and Talent to scale AI initiatives, maintain responsible AI safeguards, and mentor the next wave of AI leaders inside Ludia.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI, data, or solution architecture roles, with at least 3 years leading an AI team.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Track record shipping AI agents and copilots into production with measurable value.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
• You still write code and build agents yourself in C#/Python/TypeScript.
• Hands-on command of the Microsoft AI stack (Copilot Studio, Foundry, Azure OpenAI).
• Experience owning AI acceptable-use policy or governance and an AI budget.
• Real ownership of AI security and responsible AI (Entra ID, data residency, audit trails).
• Understanding of enterprise AI data foundations (Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse).
• Human-first leadership style; ability to teach and grow teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Ludia's internal AI strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business growth and how people work.
• Run AI policy, platform register, and budget governance; lead quarterly reviews with leadership.
• Stay hands-on, build agents, set standards, and review team work for reliability.
• Lead Adoption: measure usage, training, and enablement across the organization.
• Represent AI in pre-sales and customer conversations; collaborate with sales and delivery for ROI.
• Mentor engineers and consultants; drive AI literacy and enablement across services.
