Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a leader to build AI-driven quality monitoring and coaching systems for frontline teams and AI agents. You will partner with leaders across Member Service, Care Coordination, and Outreach to raise performance and member experience at scale.

You will own the quality framework, drive data-informed decisions, and scale successful approaches across channels while mentoring a small operations and agent-building team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in high-ownership operator roles: startup strategy, biz ops, consulting, or internal tooling PM.
• People leadership experience: you have directly managed, mentored, or grown individuals or teams.
• Fluency with modern AI tools and platforms, with an active practice of pushing their limits.
• Strong data fluency: self-serve analysis, reason from data, identify drivers of business metrics.
• Systems thinking: design frameworks, not just fixes, and think in feedback loops.
• Instinct for quality in human interactions, translating intuition into scalable criteria.
• Coaching and enabling mindset: drive behavior change with insights and action.
• Exceptional communication: adapt to move teams to action and own outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Embed with frontline teams and leaders to define quality in practice and coaching.
• Own performance of high-volume frontline AI agents (voice and chat).
• Build AI-powered quality monitoring systems with real-time evaluation of millions of touchpoints.
• Create coaching workflows that surface actionable feedback to leaders at all levels.
• Visualize data, evaluation criteria, coaching signals, and performance trends for timely insights.
• Scale successful systems into reusable frameworks for multiple teams and channels.
• Partner with frontline leaders to ensure adoption and iterate in real time.
• Oversee a small team of operators and agent builders to push performance.
