Job summary

Tutor Intelligence is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Leader to own and scale the shared platform that powers AI agents in global robotics deployments. You will guide a growing team, define ownership, and ensure reliable, observable infrastructure used by all engineering squads.

You will partner with engineers who operate the systems daily, drive on-call readiness, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver robust, scalable solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure, platform, or systems engineering.
• Experience leading a team or a function.
• Accountable for production including on-call and incident response.
• Clear in writing and able to document decisions.
• Experience building environments for AI agents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team that builds the infrastructure on which agents run: environments, tooling, observability, and context.
• Keep the commons serving the whole by defining ownership with each team and documenting decisions.
• Be the accountable owner when the shared layer fails: production, CI, security, and compliance.
• Work alongside engineers using the systems, fixing root causes rather than just symptoms.
• Build the team: hire senior engineers and scale the function as needed.
