Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5–8+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and modern AI workflows.
• Strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Engineering practice, owning delivery quality across engagements.
• Shape talent strategy and technical hiring for the practice.
• Define AI-native development strategies and prototyping for client engagements.
• Present strategy and roadmaps to client executives and senior stakeholders.
