Job summary

Gen Digital Inc. is seeking an experienced player-coach to lead its Forward Deployed Engineering team, guiding demand‑partner integrations and AI‑native initiatives.

You will set delivery standards and own the most strategic partnerships, balancing hands‑on coding with leadership. You’ll collaborate with Product, Backend and Solutions Engineering to shape strategy, drive scalable architectures, and mentor engineers through design reviews.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in senior or staff-level integration roles.
• Proven track record leading partner integrations end to end.
• Experience building reusable architectures and playbooks.
• Experience with AI-native tooling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own technical strategy for demand-side delivery across partner portfolio.
• Develop SOPs and delivery practices to accelerate the team.
• Lead the most complex integrations end to end.
• Turn bespoke builds into repeatable solutions with templates and runbooks.
• Architect and govern AI-native engineering practices.
• Mentor engineers through design and code reviews.
• Drive feedback loops with Product and Engineering.
• Lead technical working sessions with partner teams.
