You will translate business needs into scalable architectures, manage constraints, and guide adoption of AI-assisted development with reusable components and shared infrastructure across projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building software with 5+ years leading engineers.
• Ownership of architecture and technical direction for production systems.
• Strong systems intuition to map requirements to scalable architecture.
• Hands-on with code reviews, prototyping, and AI-assisted tooling.
• Record of evolving engineering practices and tools.
• Strong estimation and delivery discipline for complex programs.
• Fluent in modern AI app architecture (model APIs, orchestration, observability).
• Quantitative rigor with data science or statistics background preferred.
• Proficiency in Python and modern backend stacks; Azure preferred.
• B.S. in CS, Engineering or related field.

• Set priorities and stretch the team with sharper tooling and blocks.
• Work within enterprise data, security, and tooling constraints.
