Job summary

Hidden Jobs seeks a senior AI-First Software Architect to steer the strategic and technical move toward an AI-First Software Factory. You will lead hands-on generative AI initiatives while partnering with the C-suite to convert AI capability into measurable competitive advantage.

You will drive the software lifecycle evolution, automate internal workflows, and design agentic, retrieval-augmented architectures, collaborating with sales to translate AI value into business cases and faster

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in the software industry, with progression to strategic or product-oriented roles.
• Hands-on mastery of leading generative AI systems, including major providers, with understanding of latency and cost trade-offs.
• Experience with AI-native development environments and Spec-Driven Development frameworks.
• Proven ability to design agentic workflows and advanced RAG architectures using orchestration tools.
• Ability to support presales by articulating AI value in business terms.

Responsibilities

• Own the evolution of the software development lifecycle toward Spec-Driven Development.
• Identify and deliver automation opportunities across internal functions using intelligent workflows.
• Design, prototype, and deploy autonomous agents and retrieval-augmented architectures connecting AI to tools and data.
• Partner with sales on presales conversations translating AI capabilities into concrete business cases and time-to-market gains.
• Drive adoption of AI-native development environments and orchestration frameworks across engineering teams.
• Shape generative user interfaces so product surfaces adapt dynamically to user intent.
