Job summary

Optum is seeking a Director of Product for Facility Claim Review, guiding a scalable portfolio of AI-enabled reimbursement solutions. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and performance, ensuring client value and market differentiation while working with AI/ML, analytics, and data science teams.

You will lead cross‑functional teams across product, engineering, analytics, content, and operations to drive growth, improve accuracy, and financial outcomes for payers and providers nationwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management, platform leadership, or business transformation.
• 5+ years of healthcare experience in payment integrity or related fields.
• Experience with go-to-market strategy, including positioning, pricing, launch readiness, and value measurement.
• Experience working with technology platforms, analytics solutions, APIs and complex system integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the Facility Claim Review vision, product strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead discovery, roadmap validation, and advisory discussions to identify unmet needs and scalable opportunities.
• Own the lifecycle from opportunity definition through development, launch, adoption, and improvement.
• Define positioning, packaging, pricing, and value propositions, collaborating on commercial readiness and value measurement.
• Build and develop a high-performing product team with clear accountability.
