Atom.com is seeking a Head of Ecosystem in Hoffman Estates, IL to build and scale our partner network. This hands-on leader will replicate the success of a partnerships program from ground up, leveraging deep ties in the AI startup ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proven track record scaling partnerships or ecosystems from concept to scale.
• Deep connections within the AI startup ecosystem, founders, operators and investors.
• Executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Partnerships Function: Drive end-to-end strategy, outreach, negotiation, and execution.
• Expand Key Networks: Build strategic relationships with AI startups, developer tools, accelerators, incubators, venture funds, and founder communities.
• Drive Business Impact: Architect and scale a high-yield partner program with measurable revenue growth.
• Execute Co-Marketing & Distribution: Develop multi-channel referral programs and co-marketing opportunities with key partners.
• Serve as Atom's Ambassador: Represent Atom in founder communities and industry events.
• Build Scalable Infrastructure: Design systems, tools, and processes for a repeatable growth engine.
