• 10+ years of SEO experience with leadership exposure
• Strong technical SEO and content strategy background
• Understanding of AI-powered search and answer engines
• Ability to influence cross-functionally and drive optimization across surfaces

Responsabilidades

• Own the organic growth strategy for SEO and AEO end-to-end
• Lead and develop a high-performing SEO/AEO team
• Improve organic visibility, rankings, traffic, and signups
• Define and optimize how Stripe’s products are represented in AI and search
• Collaborate with product, engineering, content, data science, and marketing teams
• Build a measurement framework and attribution models for revenue impact
• Shape the strategic roadmap for AI-generated answers and discovery
• Improve site architecture and structured data for discoverability
• Articulate technical concepts to executives with business impact
