Job summary

GT School seeks a founder-level leader to design, validate, and scale a high-performance gifted school model. You will prototype a physical campus, coordinate staffing, space design, and operations, and drive parent messaging and growth playbooks to fuel nationwide expansion.

You’ll also advance the GT Anywhere program, test real-world AI-first learning, and represent the project publicly. This is a full-time contractor role with Crossover as Contractor of Record, offering $200/hour and weekly

Qualifications

• Built and scaled a venture from scratch with durable impact.
• Deep understanding of gifted students, education dynamics, or related lived experience.
• AI-first mindset for scalable problem solving and program design.
• Proven ability to articulate a compelling vision and win supporters.
• Based in the U.S. and able to travel regularly to Austin (min 1 week/月).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and scale scalable programs beyond academics emphasizing leadership and competition.
• Build and validate a physical model campus including staffing, space design, and operations.
• Develop parent-facing messaging, market strategies, and growth playbooks for expansion.
• Define, document, and scale quality standards and cultural rituals across sites.
• Serve as public face of the model, driving visibility via media, events, and partnerships.
