Qualifications

• Built and scaled a high-impact venture from scratch; ownership of at least $1M USD annual revenue.
• Deep, personal understanding of gifted students, via family, work, or experience.
• AI-First mindset prioritizing AI as default solution at scale.
• Proven ability to articulate a vision and convert skeptics.
• Based in the U.S. with ability to travel to Austin (≈1 week/month).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and scale a high-performance model for gifted education starting with a prototype campus.
