Job summary

Elliptic is seeking a Head of Compliance Product to shape the future of our core compliance portfolio. You will own the vision and roadmap, leading a team of product managers and partnering with customers to redefine how screening, monitoring and investigations are delivered in an AI-driven era.

You will work across our London/US product organization, building auditable, explainable AI-enabled capabilities and driving category creation in a high-stakes regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building software products, including leading and developing product managers.
• Zero-to-one track record in ambiguous domains and new product categories.
• Deep experience in financial crime compliance from the product side (screening, monitoring, investigations).
• Working knowledge of crypto and blockchain.
• AI-native: shipped AI or agentic capabilities to production.
• Strong executional rigour and ability to deliver with quality.
• High self-sufficiency with broad remit and proactive problem finding.
• Data-informed operating style with evidence-based decision making.
• Comfort in regulated, high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy and roadmap for Elliptic's compliance portfolio, guiding AI-driven product direction.
• Lead product for our agentic compliance programme with auditable, explainable AI capabilities.
• Lead, coach and grow a team of product managers and personally tackle the hardest problems.
• Stay close to customers via design partnerships, analyst shadowing, instrumentation, and internal dogfooding.
• Prioritise ruthlessly, sequence zero-to-one bets to meet current customer needs.
• Execute with rigour, own outcomes and use AI to increase velocity and quality.
