Elliptic is seeking a Head of Compliance Product to own the roadmap for our core compliance portfolio, including AI-enabled screening, monitoring, and investigations.

You will lead a team of product managers, collaborate with design partners, and drive the reinvention of compliance workflows in a high-stakes, safety-conscious environment. This role reports to the VP of Product and sits at the center of a London core with growing US presence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building software products, including leading and developing product managers.
• Experience in financial crime compliance from the product side (transaction monitoring, screening, KYC/EDD or investigations).
• Proven ability to invent in uncertain domains and ship usable products.

Responsabilités

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Elliptic's compliance portfolio, shaping AI-enabled products.
• Lead the agentic compliance programme with auditable and explainable AI features.
• Coach and grow a team of product managers, developing talent and setting high standards.
