Job summary

Elliptic seeks a Head of Compliance Product to shape the core compliance portfolio and define the AI-enabled future of screening, monitoring and investigations. You will own strategy and build a capable PM team, driving ambitious, auditable products for high-stakes regulatory use.

You will lead product for our agentic compliance programme, ensuring explainability, auditability and strong stakeholder collaboration with customers, partners and regulators.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building software products with leadership of PMs.
• Track record taking ambiguous problems to a user-facing product.
• Deep experience in financial crime compliance across screening and investigations.
• Working knowledge of crypto and blockchain analytics.
• AI-native mindset with production AI or agentic capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy and roadmap for Elliptic’s compliance portfolio.
• Lead product for the agentic compliance programme with auditability and explainability.
• Hire, coach and grow a team of product managers.
• Stay close to customers through partnerships, shadowing and instrumentation.
• Prioritize ruthlessly and sequence bets against current needs.
• Execute with rigour, improve velocity and quality using AI in workflows.
