Genentech is seeking a Senior Director of Data Management & Analytical Data Science Solutions in Boston to own the end-to-end Biometrics data platform strategy, architecture, and AI integration across clinical pipelines. You will lead a global multidisciplinary team and partner with internal scientists, clinicians, and external vendors to deliver scalable, compliant AI-enabled data solutions.

Formación

• Advanced degree (Master/PhD) in a Science or Technology discipline.
• 10+ years in Product Engineering and Business Analysis, with at least 4 years recent experience in Pharma/Biotech Biometrics and 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Fluency in modern software architecture (APIs, Cloud, Microservices) and experience of implementing AI Agents in Biometrics workflows.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and align diverse groups toward a unified goal.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale data platforms and AI solutions within complex global environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define the long-term product roadmap and financial objectives.
• Aggressively integrate AI/ML capabilities and track KPIs to ensure alignment with business outcomes.
• Lead the architectural modernization and global scaling of cloud-native data pipelines handling petabyte-scale clinical datasets with high availability and real-time processing capabilities.
• Oversee the end-to-end portfolio, identifying innovation opportunities and managing the evolution of complex products from ideation to retirement.
• Architect a seamless user experience for internal scientists and clinicians by anticipating market shifts and emerging technology trends.
• Coach and mentor product managers and engineers.
