Job summary

Gryps is hiring a Head of AI Deployment to lead a small team and drive measurable value for customers. You will own post-sale relationships, design data strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and guide deployments to rapid value realization.

You will report to executives, mentor early-career professionals, and partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize requirements and roadmaps. Strong client leadership and renewal ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction domain experience and understanding of capital project lifecycles.
• Engineering or quantitative background with data structures, metrics, and systems.
• Executive presence to engage senior owner leadership and board discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a 4–6 person customer success/implementation team with coaching.
• Define high-value use cases, design data strategies, and quantify outcomes for executives.
• Own renewals, expansions, and revenue retention across accounts.
• Drive fast, repeatable deployment and align product feedback with roadmaps.
• Maintain client relationships from project managers to VPs and owners.
