Meta is seeking anexperienced manager for Product Content Engineering to define how we evaluate and improve AI content experiences. You will lead a team across multiple projects, drive data-driven decision making, and align content strategies with Meta's ranking and delivery systems.

The role requires a track record of leading cross-functional teams, delivering high-impact AI content solutions, and mentoring engineers to scale initiatives across products.

Qualifications

• 10+ years improving content quality and ranking on content platforms.
• 3+ years hiring and developing individual contributors.
• 1+ year with GenAI products, prompt engineering, annotation.
• Experience driving cross-functional projects autonomously to build products.
• Familiarity with AI industry trends and applying to content strategy.
• Ability to translate data-driven analyses to executive insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for Meta's product teams to evaluate LLMs at scale across content work.
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of content engineers, fostering creativity and growth.
• Drive sprints for LLM evaluations and automated evaluation tooling.
• Understand technical product needs and translate into actionable direction for cross‑functional teams.
• Lead cross‑functionally with engineering, data science, and product teams to align AI behaviors with user expectations.
