Job summary
Guardian Industries in Corsicana, Texas, seeks a Manufacturing Manager to establish, stabilize, and scale a 24/7 high‑volume advanced glass fabrication line. This hands‑on leader will build systems, drive disciplined execution, and cultivate high‑performing teams from the ground up.
You will own production plans, improve yield, throughput, and OEE, lead SPC and DMAIC/8D problem solving, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and partner with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to deliver
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in high-volume or highly automated manufacturing environments.
- Proven ability to improve yield, throughput, and OEE.
- Experience leading shift supervisors and technical teams.
- Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with SPC, DMAIC, 8D and root cause analysis.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operations of a 24/7 advanced glass fabrication line.
- Deliver results across throughput, yield, scrap, OEE, safety, quality and on-time delivery.
- Develop and execute production plans aligned with customer demand.
- Ensure clear shift-to-shift communication and operational transparency.
- Lead and develop a 24/7 operations team of technical professionals.
