Job summary

NetApp, Inc. seeks a senior manager to lead the Active IQ engineering team, delivering AI, agentic AI, and intelligent automation to address complex business challenges. You will guide software development, QA, and Agile execution across multiple initiatives.

You will shape engineering strategy, mentor senior and junior engineers, and partner with product, design, and customer-facing teams to drive actionable intelligence and AI-based solutions within Active IQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years in the high-tech industry with prior technical management experience.
• Experience with Agile development and cloud platforms.
• Ability to lead senior engineers and engineering managers.

• Resolve complex issues and improve engineering effectiveness.
