A leader in the container manufacturing industry is seeking a Head of Accounting to manage all accounting operations at their Lathrop, CA facility. This hands-on leadership role requires at least 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3 years in a leadership position, and strong expertise with NetSuite ERP. The successful candidate will oversee financial reporting, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements while mentoring a high-performing team. The role offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $175,000 annually based on experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP required.
• Strong technical accounting and GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including financial reporting and compliance.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing accounting team.
• Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements.
