For one of our clients, we are looking for a Head of Account Management - Remote within The United States, remotely from United States or United Kingdom.

As the Head of Account Management, you will be responsible for driving net expansion revenue growth, fostering strong relationships with clients, and leading a high-performing account management team. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and enterprise sales management. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, finance, and product to ensure a seamless client experience, while focusing on long-term client satisfaction and revenue expansion.

Accountabilities:
  1. Take ownership of net expansion revenue growth and ensure account management (AM) targets are met.
  2. Foster and manage relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations to drive satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  3. Implement and track a referral strategy and build network effects to enhance revenue opportunities.
  4. Forecast AM trends and accurately predict future revenue growth (annual).
  5. Lead recruiting, onboarding, and training for AM talent while ensuring team success and engagement.
  6. Align with finance on revenue recognition and reporting, and collaborate with product and sales teams for feedback loops.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of Account Management experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup.
  2. At least 2 years in a leadership or management role with a proven track record of scaling teams.
  3. A strong understanding and passion for crypto and basic accounting concepts.
  4. Ability to lead complex deal negotiations and manage enterprise sales processes effectively.
  5. Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, product) and ability to give valuable product feedback.
