Job summary

Nike Inc. in Beaverton, Oregon seeks a Director of Accessories Design, Licensing to join the design leadership team reporting to the Accessories Senior Design Director.

You will shape the next chapter of Nike Accessories, partnering with external licensees to deliver brand-right, consumer-focused product solutions. You will lead the Licensee Team, translate Nike’s design language into compelling collections, and develop a Design Toolkit for internal and partner teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field; candidate may have equivalent mix of education/experience.
• 10+ years in brand and concept design, with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Strong understanding of brand systems, storytelling, and consumer-led design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design direction and licensee strategy for Nike Accessories across global markets.
• Develop seasonal narratives and product stories that reflect Nike’s DNA.
• Create and deliver a Design Toolkit for internal teams and partners.
• Translate brand language into compelling collections integrating street fashion, art, culture, and sports.
• Mentor a high-performing design team and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
