Job summary

Nike Inc. is seeking a visionary Graphics Design Director for Basketball Branded and Signature Apparel. This role leads the creative direction, translating partner visions into standout graphics and prints for world-stage apparel, while guiding a diverse team across branding and athlete collections.

You will partner with Senior Design Director and cross-functional teams, mentoring designers and ensuring excellence in print and digital media, typography, and 3D/video content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant design experience.
• Experience with print and digital media.
• Strong illustration, typography, brand identity, and color theory skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor design teams.
• Proficiency in presenting and communicating concepts.
• Experience with 3D design and video content.
• Knowledge of make and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead groundbreaking design directions for basketball apparel.
• Translate partner and brand visions into impactful graphics and prints.
• Align creative direction across branded and athlete collections.
• Collaborate with the Senior Design Director and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and grow the design team.
• Manage multiple projects with external partners.
