Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon for a hospital-employed ENT practice in Rutland, Vermont. This full-time role offers 8am-5pm hours, with split duties between two locations.

Responsibilities include comprehensive ENT care, surgical procedures, and collaboration with APPs. A strong license and credentialing pathway in Vermont are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Eligible for Vermont medical license.
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills with patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions
• Perform surgical procedures in the operating room with dedicated block time
• Collaborate with audiologists and advanced practice providers to coordinate patient care
• Participate in shared call rotation with support from APPs
• Maintain timely documentation and clinical communication
• Contribute to quality initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care
