Job summary

A healthcare organization in Rutland, Vermont, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon to join their established ENT practice. The position offers a competitive salary, signing bonus, and relocation assistance. The candidate will provide comprehensive care and perform surgeries in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Qualifications

• Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license.
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures in the operating room with dedicated block time.
• Collaborate with audiologists and advanced practice providers to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in shared call rotation with support from APPs.
• Maintain timely documentation and clinical communication.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care.
