Client Growth Resources, Inc. in Rutland, Vermont, seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon to join our hospital-employed ENT team. This full-time role is split between two locations with standard hours 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.

You will provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care, diagnose conditions, perform surgeries, and collaborate with audiologists and APPs. Relocation and loan repayment are offered along with a signing bonus.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Eligible for Vermont medical license.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions
• Perform surgical procedures in the operating room with dedicated block time
• Collaborate with audiologists and advanced practice providers to coordinate patient care
• Participate in shared call rotation with support from APPs
• Maintain timely documentation and clinical communication
• Contribute to quality initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care
