Job summary

Cancer Rehab Group in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to develop and deliver a head and neck oncology rehabilitation program. The role blends in-person care at CRG's clinic with dedicated weekly telehealth time for follow-ups, caregiver education, and remote monitoring.

The successful candidate will treat adults across prehabilitation, active treatment, and survivorship, focusing on dysphagia, speech, voice, and cognitive-communication impacts of cancer therapy,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or CSD.
• CCC-SLP certification and CFY completion.
• Indiana license or licensure eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat head and neck cancer-related swallowing, speech, voice, and communication impairments.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation and oncology teams, including tumor boards.
• Help shape clinical pathways and partnerships as the program grows.
