Job summary

CareerNerds, LLC seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon to join a hospital-employed ENT practice in Rutland, Vermont. The role offers full-time hours (8am-5pm, Mon-Fri) with two-location coverage and a competitive compensation package including signing bonus, relocation, and loan repayment.

Responsibilities include outpatient and inpatient ENT care, surgical procedures, and collaboration with audiologists and APPs.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology; Vermont medical license eligibility.
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures in the operating room with dedicated block time.
• Collaborate with audiologists and advanced practice providers to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in shared call rotation with support from APPs.
• Maintain timely documentation and clinical communication.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care.

Education
