Job summary

The Division of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the VA Boston Healthcare System is seeking a full-time academic Head and Neck Surgeon/Otolaryngologist with specialty training in head and neck oncologic and facial reconstructive surgery, including microvascular techniques. DaVinci robotic transoral skills are required and teaching responsibilities are expected.

Qualifications

• MD degree from an accredited school; full/unrestricted medical license.
• Residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery; board eligibility or certification.
• Fellowship in head and neck surgical oncology and facial plastics/microvascular reconstruction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope ENT care including rhinology, laryngology, otology.
• Perform complex head and neck oncologic and microvascular reconstructive procedures.
• Utilize DaVinci robotic transoral surgery for pharyngeal targets.
• Lead teaching, supervision, and scholarly activities within VA and affiliated institutions.
