Job summary

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Thoracic Surgeon.
• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality Veteran care.
• Interest in program building and multidisciplinary leadership.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum thoracic surgical care, including robotic-assisted thoracic surgery.
• Lead, develop, and grow a comprehensive thoracic surgery program.
• Teach residents and medical students and participate in multidisciplinary oncology care.
• Engage in educational conferences, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical research.
