MaineHealth's Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME, seeks a fellowship-trained Head and Neck Surgical Oncologist to join the Division of Otolaryngology. You will treat a high-volume case mix in a mature program with strong teamwork and teaching opportunities.

The role offers access to a single-port robotic platform, collaboration with radiation/medical oncology, and opportunities to contribute to program development and regional outreach.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
• Fellowship training in Head and Neck Oncologic Surgery.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Maine.
• Microvascular reconstructive training or interest preferred.
• TORS experience or interest preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Join an established Head and Neck Oncology program with immediate access to operative and clinic volume.
• Provide comprehensive head and neck oncologic surgery with subspecialty focus as desired.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary tumor board and clinics.
• Contribute to program development, care pathways, and regional outreach.
• Mentor residents and medical students; participate in clinical research.
