Qualifications

• Previous hosting/guest-facing experience required.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and handle guest concerns calmly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a warm, friendly manner.
• Manage reservations and waitlists effectively.
• Assist with private event programs and train new hosts.
• Monitor seating flow and ensure smooth service coordination.
• Perform opening and closing duties and keep host station orderly.
• Inform guests about menus and daily specials; upsell where appropriate.
• Support servers and management during service.
